About the initiative
Assam's flood relief coordination network — connecting flood-affected families, volunteers, and NGOs across 33 districts.
HELPASSAM is a free, open platform built to coordinate flood relief across Assam during monsoon emergencies. It provides a single network where:
Every monsoon, Assam faces devastating floods that displace lakhs of people. Relief efforts are often fragmented — NGOs don't know where help is needed most, families don't know who to call, and volunteers struggle to find where they can contribute.
HELPASSAM solves this by creating a single, shared network. One place where needs are visible, responders are organized, and help reaches faster.
Anyone can submit a rescue or relief request with their location. No login required.
Registered partners see requests in their districts and can accept, track, and complete them.
Verified helpline numbers and nearest emergency services available 24/7, even offline.
Direct UPI donations go to the most flood-affected districts based on need.
HELPASSAM is an initiative by Nesocial Entertainment Pvt Ltd, built as a public service during Assam's flood season.
