HELPASSAM is a free flood relief coordination network that connects victims, volunteers, and NGOs across Assam. Anyone can submit a help request, and registered responders can accept and fulfill them.
Go to the 'Urgent' page or click 'Get Rescued' / 'Request Relief' on the homepage. Fill in your location, number of people affected, and needs. No account required. You'll receive an SMS confirmation once submitted.
No. Anyone can submit a rescue or relief request without logging in. You only need an account if you want to respond to requests as an NGO or volunteer.
You'll receive an SMS on the phone number you provided with the responder's name, role, and contact number. You can also track your request status on the website using your request ID.
Only registered NGOs and volunteers who have verified their account via email can accept requests. They can see all pending requests and choose ones in their coverage districts.
No. HELPASSAM is an initiative by Nesocial Entertainment Pvt Ltd. We are not affiliated with any government body. For official disaster response, always contact 1070 or 112.
Click 'Login' in the navbar, then select 'Sign Up'. Choose NGO or Volunteer, fill your details, verify via email OTP, and you're ready to accept requests.
A green 'Verified' badge means our admin team has reviewed and confirmed the authenticity of that request or organization. It helps the community identify trustworthy information.
Scan the UPI QR code on the Donate page. Your donation is manually verified by our team and added to the total. Funds are allocated to the most affected districts.
No. Posting community updates requires an NGO or Volunteer account to prevent spam and ensure accountability.
Go to the 'Emergency' page. It uses your GPS location to find the nearest police stations, hospitals, fire stations, and rescue squads within your selected radius.
If you submit a help request, your phone number is only visible to logged-in NGOs and volunteers. For registered users, phone visibility is controlled in your profile settings.
