c) Posts & Content
- Text content of community posts
- Images attached to posts
d) Automatically Collected
- IP address (for rate limiting and security)

- Pages visited and timestamps
3. How We Use Your Information
- To coordinate rescue and relief operations across Assam.
- To display help requests to NGOs and volunteers who can respond.
- To maintain your account and enable login.
- To send verification emails and account notifications.
- To display your organization/volunteer profile in the public directory (based on your visibility settings).
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and enforce rate limits.
- To improve the Platform and user experience.
4. Information Visibility
- Help requests: Name, district, village, location, and needs are publicly visible. Phone numbers are only visible to logged-in NGOs and volunteers.
- NGO/Volunteer profiles: Organization name, coverage districts, and services are publicly visible. Phone number visibility is controlled by your privacy settings.
- Posts: All posts are publicly visible including author name and district.
- Email: Never displayed publicly.
5. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on secure third-party servers.
- Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
- Images are stored on third-party cloud storage services.
- We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
- No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute data security.

We use third-party services for:
- Database hosting and storage
- Image and file storage
- Email delivery
