Submit a Rescue Request

Click 'Get Rescued' on the homepage

Enter your location (GPS auto-detects or enter manually)
3
Specify number of people stranded
4
Add your phone number — this is how responders will contact you
5
Submit — you'll receive an SMS confirmation
6
Wait for an NGO/volunteer to accept. You'll get another SMS with their details.
Submit a Relief Request
1
Click 'Request Relief' on the homepage
2
Enter your district, village, and landmark
3
Select what you need (food, water, medicine, shelter, etc.)
4
Add number of families and any vulnerable groups
5
Submit with your phone number
6
Track your request using the ID sent via SMS
Register as NGO/Volunteer

Go to the Sign Up page

Choose NGO or Individual Volunteer

Fill organization/personal details
4
Enter your coverage districts and services
5
Verify via email OTP
6
Start accepting requests from your dashboard
Accept & Respond to Requests

Login to your NGO/Volunteer dashboard

Browse pending requests or visit the Urgent page

Click 'Accept Request' on any you can help with

The victim receives an SMS with your contact details

Coordinate directly via phone call
6
Mark as 'Completed' once help is delivered
Find Emergency Services

Go to the Emergency page

Allow location access for accurate results
3
Browse nearest hospitals, police, fire stations, SDRF

Filter by type and adjust radius
5
Call directly from the card
Donate
1
Go to the Donate page
2
Scan the UPI QR code with any payment app
3
Pay any amount
4
Your donation is verified by our team within 24 hours
5
Funds go to the most affected districts
